This juicy and ultra-tender instant pot pulled pork is bursting with bbq flavors. And the best part is -it is a no brainer to make and you can have a mouthwatering family friendly meal on your plate in just one hour.

And it’s sure to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. Today I am going to teach you how to make this fall apart goodness in your instant pot or pressure cooker. Trust me, this is one of the best pressure cooker pork loin recipes I’ve ever seen..

The recipe starts with of course the meat. I usually like using pork loin roast or tenderloin for this pulled pork recipe. However pork shoulder will do as well. Cut the pork loin into cubes. Now let’s get to the seasonings.

For the dry ingredients we will need brown sugar, paprika, cumin, pepper, salt, garlic and onion powders. Basics that you can find in any pantry.Mix all the spices together then rub all over the pork gently massaging it in.

After, I highly recommend leaving it in a fridge for a couple of hours for all those amazing flavors to penetrate.

The star of the wet ingredients is bbq sauce. You can use a store bought, or combine two different but complimenting flavors of the sauce. You can even get adventurous and make your own if you wish.

Whisk you sauce together with beef broth and a tad of apple cider vinegar. The acids in the vinegar help tenderizing your meat. If you don’t have vinegar on hand you can swap it with Coca Cola and it will do the job just fine.

Now that you’ve seasoned your loin and it’s been marinating in a fridge for a while lets start cooking.
Heat up the olive oil right in your pot and sear the pork cubes about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Pour the wet ingredients over the browned meat. Close the instapot’s lid and valve to seal and set to pressure cook setting to 40 minutes. Use natural release for 10 minutes then you can quick release.

Uncover the instant pot and you are ready to shred your pork.
You can use the pulled pork on sandwiches, salads, wraps or tacos!

Use on hamburger buns spreaded with mayo and top with coleslaw or any of your favorite toppings for a tasty dinner or lunch. Add more bbq sauce for and extra zing.

This is such and easy recipe to make that will fulfill your summer bbq cravings without having to fire up the grill or huge dirty dish pile!

Hope you will enjoy it like I do.
