I love bread, baked stuff, cakes, pastry. I think I eat entirely too much of these foods, so I obviously want to make it as healthy as possible while maintaining good flavor. That’s why whenever I come across a bread recipe that is low in the calorie department, packs a lot of nutrients and still tastes divine, it has all my love.

This rice bread is one of such recipes. There are so many advantages to it. It’s vegan. It’s made without yeast, it’s sugar-free. It’s very, very low on fat, because no oil or butter of any kind is added.

But apart from how good and healthy it is, it’s also very quick and easy to cook, requiring only one bowl. It has a very light flavor which makes is a perfect base for toasts and open sandwiches. It goes well with various spreads, veggies, hummus, vegan and non-vegan toppings. Its neutral flavor brings out the flavor of whatever you put on it.

Its texture is also great, with a crunchy crust and tender inside. As you can see, this bread has only up sides and no drawbacks at all. Here’s a quick tip for you to make it even better. We use apple cider vinegar and baking soda to make it rise better. Mix the two in a spoon together

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
