I love a delicious hearty soup! There is just something so comforting about a bowl of hot flavorful soup on a cold afternoon.

This fragrant sweet potato and carrot soup is all of the above. Luxuriously creamy with silky smooth texture you wouldn’t believe there is no cream in it. It is just, well, yumaliscious!

Packed with nutrients, sweet potatoes are healthy and colorful addition to any meal. They are true stars in this soup. Blended with carrots, a hint of curry powder and chicken broth they truly create a scrumtious soup.

They add lovely autumn sweetness and irresistibly rich velvety consistency.

This soup is so buttery and filling but most importantly incredibly healthy. You can eat as much as you want without having to worry about your waste size. Sweet potatoes are a rich source  of fiber as well as containing an array of minerals and vitamins. Thats exactly what everyone needs during cold-weather flu season months.

A hint of curry, that what makes this soup for me. Just a touch really deepens the flavor. The unique combination of sweet and savory spices gives the soup its rich earthy flavor with a hint of brightness.

You can absolutely adjust the recipe to fit your personal taste. Here is couple of suggestions. Use coconut milk or cream instead of chicken broth for a more creamy texture and sweeter exotic taste. You can also add nut butters like almond and cashew. The flavors of sweet potato and carrots balance great with nutty rich butters, plus added protein. They are great complimenting tastes.
