Homemade Alfredo Sauce is an ultimate splurge and simply divine. It is savory, creamy rich and luxurious. I am working really hard towards the approaching bikini season and do not get to eat this luscious sauce that often. But when I feel like indulging into something super tasty this is my go-to recipe. Heavy cream based sauce with fragrant garlic, butter and freshly grated parmesan cheese.

Simplicity at its best, I mean just 4 simple ingredients. But do not let this ridiculously short ingredient list fool you, the result is mouthwatering, you can’t get enough of this sauce. It is heavenly when served with wide pasta like fettuccini to pick up every bit of this creamy goodness. It is also amazing when used as a dipping sauce for bread or breadsticks.

The flavor balance is very on point. Sweet heavy cream, aromatic garlic and freshly ground black pepper combines with savory, sharp parmesan cheese, that is melted to perfection, thickening the sauce to the right consistency. This sauce is better when served fresh. It doesn’t reheated well because of all the butter, cream and melted cheese. It tends to separate and become oily. But the good news is that it only takes about 6 minutes to make it, so it is very convenient even for the busiest of the week nights.

This sauce is also naturally gluten free and Keto. Serve it over your favorite vegetables like broccoli or spaghetti noodles and never feel deprived. This sauce is really everyones favorite. It makes my daughter so happy when I make it for her, and it makes mama very happy that it is so easy and quick to make with just a handful of basic ingredients that everyone has in their fridge. You will never be disappointed with this delicious recipe.
