Making them is pretty simple and you won’t have to take a tiresome shopping spree to get all the necessary ingredients. Coconut or almond flours are sold at any organic store nowadays, and most large chain grocery stores have a paleo-friendly shelf or two. 

All you have to do, is mix your dry ingredients then add mashed bananas, eggs and oil. If you want to make your pancakes extra fluffy, I would recommend whisking egg yolks and whites separately. Beat the whites till they form peaks and fold them into the batter gently as the last ingredient. 

Make sure you take really ripe bananas – they should be dotted with black dots all over. They also provide a god amount of sweetness.
