Of all the dump cakes out there, I personally love blueberry dump cake the most. I do love all dump cakes – because of how simple and kid friendly they are. I can make them with my little one and she will actually take active part.
But apart from being so simple as something kids can do by themselves, blueberry dump cake just tastes divine. I don’t know what it is about blueberries, but they are especially good in baked form. They have a slightly tart taste, the filling turns out juice and gooey, and combined with the delectable crust – yum. Yum.
As you have probably guessed from the name, this is what the prep process basically comes down to: you dump everything in the pan and bake it. Only seven ingredients, I’m telling you. How easy is that?
This cake is best when eaten straight out of the oven. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, it will melt slightly, and the aroma! It will knock you off your socks, trust me.
