If you are sticking to a keto or paleo diet, finding recipes that aren’t a challenge to cook or find groceries for is not always easy. Finding recipes that would adapt well know staples and won’t be too hard on your wallet is even harder.

This keto meatloaf, however, is a simple to make and you won’t have to go out on a limb to obtain ingredients for it. Oh, and it’s also delicious.

The prep time for this recipe is very short, you literally just mix everything together and stick into your oven to bake and then forget all about it for an hour or so and do your business.

Now, as for ketchup, most large department stores offer some kind of sugar free or even keto ketchup or another, you can absolutely use that. Instead of traditional bread or breadcrumbs, I like using coarse almond or coconut flour or a mix of both. They don’t bring too much flavor it, which is good in this case.

Because this keto meatloaf actually has more meat than the regular kind, it will take a bit longer to cook, but worry not, it’s every bit as juicy as the original.

Serve it with any keto friendly garnish or side dish you like and I hope this recipe makes it to your keto regular list!
