Peanut butter flavor must be one of the most popular flavors out there. It’s just so good and can be combined with so many things! Sweet, like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, savory, like peanut-butter dressing for warm salads. My family just loves putting peanut butter in right about everything!

So it’s no surprise that this cake is one of our favorite celebration recipes. I make it for birthdays, for the 4th of July, for boxing day, as a get-well treat or just whenever I feel like we all need a good dessert to cheer us up.

The flavor is perfect, peanut butter and chocolate. I sometimes make a berry variety, because for the life of me, it’s been so many years that I’ve been baking it and for the life of me, I can’t decide whether I like peanut butter better with chocolate or with strawberries.

Use buttermilk instead of cream if you need low fat, sift flour in bowl to make tender powder. Take the biggest pan or jar you have in kitchen.

Vanilla sugar, a bit oil, soda and large eggs are best for cakes batter, they makes them nice, delicious and soft. place all ingredients in dry pan.

In this recipe I’ll give you the chocolate-and-cream cheese variety, but remember that you can always take strawberry cream cheese and add either fresh strawberries, if they are in season, or strawberry jam to it instead of chocolate.

Sandwich flour cake layer with chocolate, cocoa layer, honey or nutella, add cookies or marshmallow on top. The cake has a lot of moist.

Another thing this cake is particularly good for is when you need to stock up. You can bake the cake, cut it into layers and keep them frozen. Making a filling and frosting takes only a few minutes, so you can simply defreeze the layers, whip out the frosting, sprinkle some peanuts on top and you have a gorgeous cake ready in minutes. Good luck!
