Tip for you on the choice of the meat cut. Pick sirloin. When cooked in instant pot, it turned delightfully tender in a wink of an eye, compared to other beef cuts. If you don’t really have time to go to the butchers specifically for sirloin, ground beef will also work pretty well.

This recipe calls for dried dill weed, but when I have fresh dill out of the garden, I always use it, because combined with greek yogurt it’s simply divine. Also, pretty much any kind of mushrooms will work. Even the wild ones, provided you know your mushrooms very, very well.
