I recommend to buy quality shrimp that is on a larger size since shrimp is the star of this dish. Buy it already peeled and deveined and take a nice quick shortcut. Sauté shrimp in butter, then create sauce by cooking garlic with more butter and chicken stock. Combine the garlic sauce with the shrimp, stir in even more butter, a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh chopped parsley. You are done! Can not get easier than that.
