In Sweden, these pancakes are usually served with powdered sugar and jam but you may serve them with fresh fruits like peaches which will be fine for summertime. Try cooking them, they’re going to be absolutely divine! In addition, this recipe is so easy to make. You need just a few minutes too cook these perfect pancakes.

Start by pouring 4 eggs into a large mixing bowl. Then pour in 1 ½ of cups of whole milk and combine with eggs. I’m using whole milk to add some fat content and it make a better fluffier pancake. Then add in 2 tablespoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt and one cup of all-purpose flour. Take a hand mixer and mix the ingredients together. The beating process in this recipe is actually pretty important to make a fluffy pancake. Quickly beat your batter until it’s smooth. In the end, you’ll see the tiny bubbles on top. After that, take half a cup of melted butter and put it with the mixer running. Once the butter is mixed in, it’s time to head over to the stove and start cooking up the pancakes.

Heat the skillet and grease it with a little bit of butter (you can use a non-stick cooking spray). Then pour in about half a cup of the batter and thrill it around to cover the bottom of the pan. Let it cook from 1 to 2 minutes until the bottom lightly turns golden brown. Gently flip the pancake over with a spatula and cook it on the other side until you see golden brown as well. Repeat with remaining batter. Once it’s cooked through, you’re ready to eat. You can serve it warm and dust it with a little bit of powdered vanilla sugar with lingberry jam or some freshly whipped cream.
