There are few things for me more fun than watching a game at home with kids and friends over and arranging a cookout or a snack table for said game. We do nachos, we roast chicken, we make hamburgers and toss salads and all in all it’s always so enjoyable, I don’t really care for the games that much as I care for those game nights.
This roast beef slider recipe is something I go to very often whenever I have to prepare for the game nights. First, they are delicious. Second, they are a fun way for me to have little ones eat beef. Third, it’s hilarious watching my friends fight for them. Fourth, did I tell you how delicious they are?
Ready in just 15 minutes, these puppies are perfect. There are also so many variations you can introduce. For instance, you can you can get roast beef from a deli or make your own. You can bake your own buns or english muffins or you can get buns in a supermarket. Use your favorite cheese to melt. I myself prefer mozzarella.
These sliders can be made at home in an oven or, alternatively, if you’re cooking outdoor, you can cook them on a grill.
